Maria Shriver finally filed for divorce to Arnold Schwarzenegger. Her lawyer, Laura Wasser filed the petition on the grounds "irreconcilable differences" in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Arnold and Maria do not have a prenup. But Maria has the right half of the revenues deriving the former Governor of California, which is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

In her complaint, she requested joint custody of their two children Patrick (17) and Christopher (13). She also wanted to get alimony from the star of "Terminator" and asked him to pay a lawyer. Maria and Arnold also have two adult children who are aged, namely Katherine (21) and Christina (19).



"Currently, we live apart. While we strive for a future relationship, we are still parenting our four children. They are light and the center of our lives," they said when announcing the separation that was released in a statement, which qoutoed from Hollyscoop, Sunday (07/03/2011).

Maria sues Arnold who married her 25 years of being caught cheating in May 2011 then. Arnold affair with the housekeeper who had worked for 20 years.
