When in the event Bank of America Merrill Lynch Technology Conference, CEO of Motorola's Sanjay Jha claims, poor quality of applications available for Android cause the performance of the device too heavy. This returns the user triggers the device.

"Anybody can sell applications in the Android Market without going through the testing process. As many as 70% of our equipment is returned because of downloads of third party applications that impact on device performance," said Jha.
"For power consumption and CPU, the application also has not been through testing and we begin to understand the impact," she added.
The open nature of Android has long been a concern device makers and developers.
Quality Android application is much lower than the applications available on the App Store. Apple proved to be very tight control of applications through the testing process which is also tight.
