Egyptian ruler who is now held by the military promised the women who were detained associated anti-government protests some time ago, will not be testing for virginity.

Certainty The Egyptian government is reported by the observers of human rights, Human Rights Watch (HRW). HRW director Kenneth Roth said the Egyptian Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) promising practice of virginity testing will be terminated.

"SCAF ordered to halt the practice of virginity testing. Despite continued to deny doing anything wrong in retrospect, they ensure that this incident will not happen again," Roth said in a press conference in Cairo told AFP on Wednesday (06/08/2011) .

Human Rights Watch based in New York, United States (U.S.) will continue to monitor the appointment of the Egyptian Government.

The news about virginity testing experienced by Egyptian women protesters in anti-government demonstrations that Hosni Mubarak's ouster, was circulated earlier rains. The military admitted the act.

Egyptian military intentionally perform tests in order to avoid charges of rape, committed by the women demonstrators, at the time of the investigation against them.
