Dog Bark prohibited in Ukraine

A city has passed a law, which prohibits dogs barking from 22.00 till 08:00 local time, so that citizens can be more quiet life.

Rules, which is one step to 'maintain the cleanliness and order', also applies to cats that meow and pigs grunted.

For pet owners who violate the rules in the city of Kherson, Ukraine, will be penalized by 65 pounds, as quoted Dailymail, Friday (3/6/2011).
